About Dropfeed

Dropfeed is a price-tracking service that monitors product prices across UK retailers and emails you when a price drops. It is operated by Inception I/O Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09336954), whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Your account

You sign in using a magic link sent to your email — there's no password. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dropfeed. By signing up, you confirm that you are.

You may only create one account per person. You may not share your account or use it on behalf of others in a way that circumvents paid plan limits.

Free and paid plans

Dropfeed offers a free plan and paid plans. The free plan includes up to 5 active price alerts with hourly price checks.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we do not offer partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dropfeed to:

  • Circumvent plan limits by creating multiple accounts or sharing account access.
  • Submit URLs at a volume that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure or on third-party retailers' systems.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from Dropfeed beyond normal use of the service.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Price accuracy

Dropfeed retrieves prices from retailer websites on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee that the prices we report are accurate, complete, or up to date. Retailer websites change frequently and our data may occasionally be delayed or incorrect.

Always verify the current price directly on the retailer's website before making a purchase. Dropfeed is not responsible for any purchase decisions you make based on information provided by the service.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any retailer listed on Dropfeed.

Intellectual property

The Dropfeed name, logo, and software are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our permission.

Product names, descriptions, and prices displayed on Dropfeed are the property of their respective retailers and are used for informational purposes only.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropfeed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that price alerts will always be delivered on time.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under English law.

Changes to the service

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the service at any time. For paid users, we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top and notify paid users by email if the changes are significant. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Dropfeed shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
